We want you to be completely satisfied with your Moomin Shop purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused state.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
